TIP FOR IMPROVE RUNUP

  • RUN UP WILL BE STRAIGHT
If your Run Up not straight, it become very harder  to bowl fast .  This will make it become more difficult to straight your body in your action which increases your injury risk. The aim is to encourage you to Run Up in a straight line towards your target. Practise being able to Run Up along that straight line .
  • IMPROVE PACE IN EVERY STRIDE




if you are slow down in last few stride your all run up gain you lose and able bowl fast on your top speed . So you need run on you top speed in your last few stride and incress speed in stride without slow down in up .
  • START RUN UP EVERY TIME TO SAME PLACE
